Welcome to Rim Scots Tennis!
Team News: League finals went very well for the varsity team. The good news is two singles players and two doubles teams won their first round matches. The bad news is the second round they had to play each other. The great news is the singles player and doubles team went on to win the tournament. Taylor beat the number one player to win the tournament and Luc and Aaron beat the number one team to win the tournament. They will go on to play CIF individuals on May 21st at the University of Redlands. GO RIM!

Celia Becker, Taylor Imperiale's Mom from the Men's Varsity Tennis, will be organizing the JV & Varsity Men's Tennis Team Banquet. You will be receiving a flyer with all the details soon, but in the meantime please mark your calendars for Sunday, June 6th, 5 to 8pm at the Lake Arrowhead Country Club, Pool Side. Please plan to join us there. The Banquet and Swim Party is free to players and is $20.00 for family members. Send in your RSVP's and checks in to Coach Short by May 28th.
Please check out the new Summer Tennis Information link for dates and times to help you plan. Please remember to purchase your scrip gift cards regularly as this is one of our main sources of income. Incoming Freshmen can start paying for tennis now thru scrip so let Coach know ASAP.
This is going to be a great year for all the students involved in Rim High Tennis, we do however need to become a self-sufficient program so we are not susceptible to future budget cuts. We're going to need student and parent involvement if we want to keep our program and continue growing it into a recognized competive force in the league.
